Trade license costs and order form

Not sure what to choose? Ask Živnobot, or book a consultation first: if you then order within 3 months, the 2,000 CZK of a 60-minute consultation is deducted (not for the 20-minute call).

1 Your package

Every package includes the trade license, the registrations at the tax office, social security and health insurance, and a 60-minute consultation before registration. The government registration fee is included.

Use an address in the country of your passport, even if you have not lived there for years: a former address or your parents’ address is fine. An address in another country can make the trade license office ask for a police clearance from that country too.

Cancelling your order

You can cancel within 14 days of ordering. We then refund what you paid, minus 3,750 CZK / 150 EUR for the consultation that is part of the package, and minus any costs already made for you, such as the virtual office, translations or CzechPOINT fees. Full conditions: cancellation and refunds.
